Internal Stitch coming to surface?

i had knees surgery over a month ago and i noticed at the call a halt of the incision its started to form a little black circle. is this a stitch surfacing?

will it come out on its own?

I am currently taking celexa and clonazepam. If I were to bring a Lortab 7.5/500 , will it have a doomed to failure reaction?

ive have an acl,mcl and meniscis surgery 2 months ago a few stitches poped out i went stern to my doctor he pulled it a little and cut it rotten...he said its normal it will disolve..right immediately i have another sticking out im gonna agree to it disolve on its own...
