Oxycodone percocet question, serious answers with the sole purpose pls?

Hi, I had surgery a week and partly ago and I had to nick oxycodone. I hate taking any medication but I have to for the pain. I've be trying to take as little as possible, I be allowed to take 2 pills every 4 hours but at the most I took one, and presently Im only taking a partially of one when I really need it.

My sound out is, I am starting to notice if I dont nick it I feel sort of depressed, cynical, and sort of agitated. This is really strange for me because I'm almost always chirpy and positive even when things aren't so great.

I never take medication - so does anyone know if this could be some sort of mild addictive spontaneous effect?? I cant stop taking it yet because Im still surrounded by pain, and logically I want to take as little as possible, but could I be have sort of a withdrawl from it in this short of a time extent? thanks for any counsel, my dr is not talkative and I dont want to be switched to anything else, I want to be stale it!

I feel for you, I hold been on oxycontin for over 4 yrs and enjoy had 3 put money on surgeries. I am also on the immediate release oxycodone, and fentanyl patch. Since my finishing surgery in April of this year, I hold significantly decreased adjectives of my meds, and sometimes I get indistinguishable symptoms you speak I saw my doctor Tuesday, and he said I need to hold the meds sometimes for pain, but mostly because of the deduction. I have be told it may take me up to a year to dance off of them since i own been on them so long. As a hospice nurse, we hold found that patients who truly have headache, rarely become addicted to opiates.
