Help!! Fast nouns of sinus pressure?

Does anyone know of any tried-and-true methods to relieve sinus pressure?? I've got a horrid MIGRAINE that I've have since yesterday afternoon and, for the first time, I can't get rid of & it hurts sooo desperate!! It's mostly sinus (in forehead & behind eyes) but feel like it may moderately be tension too do I have painful in my nouns!! I've taken various different headache meds (excedrin stiffness headache, sudafed sinus headache [which usually works], etc), tried blowing my nose & tried this method of mine while sleeping that sorta presses on my eyes & forehead to relieve pressure but it's inoperative this time when it usually does! It's 4 am & I live with roommates so I can't progress digging around for an ice pack or even a heat pad to oblige either wreak I'd wake them up. (I don't even know WHERE we would save a heating wipe in the first place IF we even have one!)

brigit has a accurate idea. save that, get a towel and showery it with extraordinarily warm river (not enought to burn) and wrap it around your face (like the antiquated barbers used to do). are your sinuses super clear or stopped up? i get sinus migraines regularly and a steamy bath works sometimes. sometimes i wear a dust masquerade when i sleep to keep my sinuses moist

try going in the bathroom and stuff a towel underneath the door and turn the hot water on full blast contained by the shower. Stay put and let the humidity build up for awhile. Breath weighty!! or try to at least. stroke your forehead, cheeks, behind your ears, and down the sides of your d��colletage.

oh dear Im so sorry for u.Im also having sinus.try to do yoga for sinus newly for 10minutes.the migrane will go sour.we hv to keep tha heat pad surrounded by fridge and heat it beside warm hose.
