21 and lower back strain?

I'm 21 years old and hold been experiencing lower spinal column pain bad and on for awhile now. I do a even-handed amount of "light" yardwork as I live on 15 acres of land and I reflect on this may have something to do beside it. Cracking my back and over-the-counter meds similar to tylenol and asprin don't help that much but a heat pad applied to by rear legs does wonders. What do you think?

BTW: I've be cracking my back for years...is this doomed to failure?

Do I have a cold or the flu?

ably i am 25 and live with lower posterior pain every daytime of my life...i would right to be heard that no cracking your back by yourself is not necessarily the best entry but going to a chiropractor can do wonders as long as there aren't any pinched nerves..deeply when you crack your back adjectives you are doing is popping air bubbles that's why it cracks...if heat pads work that's great but if the over the counter meds aren't working anymore i would probably consult your doctor...see if they can recommend something close to celebrax or naproxen which are anti-inflamatories they might help beside cracking situation...the anti-inflammatory will bring the swelling down which should stop the air pockets from forming..and if that still doesn't work i would suggest something approaching vicodin or percocet all though importantly addictive it can work for short term torment until you can actually integer out what is wrong...good luck near all your patio work i know that can't be too much fun, however becareful with your lifting produce that could cause your problem to worsen...

You haven't said if you have experienced any put money on injuries in the past. Doing the work you described shouldn't end in you problems. If I were you, I would enjoy an X-ray done, and tell the Dr. of any rear injuries you have have such as falling from a bike, skateboard, or some other thing. Have you be in any accident? Lifted anything that gave your pay for a bad jar of stabbing pain? It is said that the body never forgets.

As for cracking your own vertebrae, I have too, but please seize an X-ray, and preferably at a D.O. Osteopath Dr. They have full medical degree and also training similar of a chiropractor. They don't have you coming in 2-3 times a week resembling chiropractors often do. Sometimes doing it on your own can do more mar than good.

Stop cracking your support. You may have disc herniations cause the pain. I suggest seeing a rear legs specialist and gettin MRI done. A nephew of your age had similar put a bet on pains and he had surgery for herniated discs contained by his lower back.
