Chest Pain after car crash to be precise nagging more than a week later? (PLEASE HELP)?

I have some medium stomach-ache after a car crash that be going 25 into a tree. I of course have my seatbelt on, but now I'm experiencing mild chest spasm when I'm still, but somewhat severe when I move certain ways. It also hurts worse when I push on the lower ribs. Please minister to?

I've been taking Tylynol and Ibuprofin switching sour... It helps a bit.

it sounds approaching a fractured rib. all you can do is rime it and do the tylenol and ibuprofen if you dont want to go to the doctor. it may hurt for several weeks until it heal.
