right immediately i have pretty discouraging stomach and back anguish from straining during sit-ups. if you do sit-ups, do crunches, it puts less unneeded stress on the muscles. try doing stretches, for example:
verbs your knees towards your chest and hold - lower back.
lay on your stomach and push stale the ground with your arms while keeping your hips against the floor to stretch your stomach.
you can look up other stretches, i find that those 2 work vastly well. it will assist the muscles heal faster. as in good health as strengthening them
-- try holding the stretches for 20-30 seconds, after switch to the other and do for the same amount of time, alternating support and forth 2-3 times per session, id suggest doing respectively "session" daily
