Answer:
I estimate that physical therapy, and possibly a stern brace may be helpful near the pain. I would also suggest seeing if your doctor have any other suggestions to help near the pain or anything. I'm sorry that you enjoy to wait so long for surgery, I have to wait 4 months to take into my surgery because my doctor was within Texas for a month, and then we have to try to get our insurance company to reward for the surgery, and I had some other delay like that so I know what it's similar to to wait for surgery! Don't verbs about if any kids or anybody say anything about how you walk with difficulty when you walk, it's OK you are within pain, and in attendance is a reason for it. If anybody asks you why you are limping lately try to best explain why, and hopefully they will understand, but teenagers can be thorny on other teens so if they are being unkind merely don't listen. I'm 15 and have gotten a chronic impertinence condition which I've had 5 surgeries to try to correct it surrounded by the past year and a partly. I've had frequent kids at school speak things to me, and I've learned to freshly get over it, and own learned to stick beside my true friends and the kids who don't give me a rock-hard time about my stomach-ache etc. Good luck until your surgery!
Physical therapy can specifically help. You own to make sure that you bend your pay for backwards as little as possible. What you have is spondylolythesis, which manner that your vertebrae in your final has slipped forward some and is pushing on resolve roots. Everytime you bend backwards you can aggravate the situation. PT will help you be strengthening the muscles in your core to pilfer some stress off of the nouns. Also, a brace that limits the motion surrounded by your low back would facilitate some.
How many times a dark do you have to bring back up to pee?
You MIGHT need to avoid bending backwards...but if you enjoy a very mild spondylolisthesis and your symptoms contained by your leg abolish with the extended position, this might in truth be encouraged as the problem could be potentially coming from a disc and the spondylolisthesis may be coincidental. (Although I'm guessing that it is a signficant spondylolisthesis if they are already planning surgery). To speak the very lowest possible, even if your spodylo is the source of your problem, PT would be of benefit even if you are going in for surgery at a later date. The primary objective of the treatment would probably be to show you a home exercise program to make your core muscles as strong as possible in the past the surgery. The stronger you are going into it, the better off you will probably be. There might not be a complete lot that can be done with the walk with difficulty if the spondylo is the main rationale until you have surgery...but best to be assessed by a PT.
Good luck.
