I hurt my sholders neck and posterior the pain comes and go in my posterior and sometimes i get close to a pins and needles feeling starting through my lower put money on going down my legs to my finger tips (is this normal after something approaching that?) still get some stiffness surrounded by my neck somedays and ache and pains other days but worst was going on for 2 weeks ago i had trouble getting out of bed and as soon as i get down stairs i couldnt move off the sofa adjectives day and adjectives night my stern and neck be killing me and afterwards other days
