How do you releive strain from working out?


I went a short time overboard yesterday on the inner thigh machine, and in a minute the insides of my thighs hurt like hell. What can I do to stop/lessen the affliction?

A mild cramp suppressant tyenol, mydol a rub or massage, a boil rub for soar muscles and a good soak surrounded by a hot tub of water. After that a short time walk to hang on to the muscles from cramping too much. Hope this helps it works for me. Next time appropriate things a little slower as you can bring serious injury due to overuse or strain on the muscle.
