How do I sleep untimely so that I can wake up impulsive for a scuba dive?
I've been going to sleep around 1-3 respectively night for almost 2 to 3 years and wake up at about 11-12 the subsequent day, and whenever I own classes and have to wake up up earlier (about 8ish maybe) I would draw from kind of sick.. I would loose my appitite and catch bad stomach ache, the other problem I have is because im so used to goin to sleep so past due, if I tried to sleep early at I don`t know 10-12 I would start tossing and turning and no matter what iv tried I in recent times can't fall asleep till almost 1-2, plus because I try to force myself to sleep, I wake up up multiple times at night which make my early morning even worse later usual
the main problem is im getting certified for scuba and I enjoy a dive that I need to rouse up at 5 in the morning to be capable of get to the boat, and im afriad the sick piece I get surrounded by the mornings will prevent me from being competent to dive so should I try a sleeping pill or any tips on being competent to sleep earlier and acually trip up asleep? (need a quick fix since dive is in 1 - 2 weeks

I guess that your body have gotten used to the fact that you sleep so overdue and wont want to wake up until you get that many hours of sleep. Since your dive is in a week or two, i suggest you try sleeping similar to a 1/2 to an hour earlier every time... even when you cant sleep, close your eyes and lay still in bed. Also, attain an alarm clock set so you can wake up a bit quicker everyday. Before you sleep, also make sure your not stressed out and own a full stomach help you sleep better.

I enjoy scuba dived for five years and I would strongly not reccomend taking sleeping pills the night in the past. Exercise more during the day but not right in the past you go to sleep. Your sickness will affect diving solitary if your sinuses are messed up. You can puke into your regulator and it'll be totally fine just purge it after. Going to sleep 30 minutes closer each year is a good hypothesis. It'll also help if you put together a nightly routine and don't stray from it. Don't play on the computer or watch TV and consequently try to go to bed.
