sounds like your body is have a hard time adjust to the bouncing back and forth of sleep schedule.
i work nite shift and on my days off of work-i own a more routine schedule, going to bed at 9p and getting up at 7a to give somebody a lift my kids to school.
on the days i work, i budge to bed around 9a and get up at 5:30p. i don't grain rested if i wake since 5:30.
i've been doing this rota for 3 years now so my body is in synch but for you who is not used to it-you will struggle. our body's with ease fight a darkness shift awake time b/c it's not normal.
i would try sticking to a somewhat ordinary routine even in the summer time. try to get to bed no then than 11pm and wake around the time you in general do. this should help you not quality so tired. for the first few months, you might feel groggy, even near 8+ hours of sleep b/c you body needs time to adjust. once in step you should feel much better.
the 12 hours of sleep you be getting was too much for your body, which is why you feel tired all sunshine.

its normal for some. some relations have a different internal clock, i am one of them. the "first shift" mantra does not work for me, i prefer a 2nd shift programme so i can get trait sleep.

You sleep too much. Try cutting down to in the region of 6 hours and get plenty of exercise.you're probably getting too much sleep and may not be active adequate during the day. the ultimate two months i'd get 8 hours of sleep on the weekends, the other days i'd usually get hold of 6. sometimes less, sometimes more.

get checked out. i use to be resembling that but i was apathetic... but i never slept 12 hours. that must be nice. i got some blood try-out done to rule of any thyroid problems. and my doctor also sent me to talk to shrink to make sure i wasn't depressed! I dont assume that it is normal...even if your going to bed delayed...8-9 hours should be enough time to catch yourself back together and it sounds close to you dont have a employment or anything so get checked out by your doctor!

take it from someone who does that, my mothers says its because im not doing anything in the time then nought at night so my body a short time ago becomes good-for-nothing. ween yourself off the sleep mate. i be doing this for years, now i take home it routine to go bed earlier 12am and wake up at 9 and bearing my dogs. i feel so much better, and i can still do what i do contained by the mid of the night contained by the day, on the whole becasue all i do is examine tv and surf the internet.More Questions & Answers...
