I just bought some children's gooey benedryl so I can take smaller doses. It have 12.5 mg per 5 ml. So I am not stuck taking the 25 mg that is usual surrounded by adult allergy pills. I have some 12.5 mg strips and they seemed to work ok and didn't go off me groggy the next morning.

The otc sleep meds Sominex and Nytol are basically if not adjectives the same as benedryl.
