I have be diagnosed with moderate shoulder subluxation. I enjoy been within physical thearpy now for almost three weeks. Still no relief. Still contained by alot of pain near some limited motion and at times numbness down to hand. Nothing I seem to do help. I've tried heat, rime, I've been doing adjectives my exercises. I'm taking naproxen. They also said possible clavicle problem and loose shoulder blade as well. What else can I do?
