My hand and feet get numb?

Whenever I wake up, I usually own my arms numb. I can control them, but feel nought. It feels hard to digest. After a while, everything comes back.

When I cross my legs sitting, after a while, it get tingly and numb.

What could this mean?

I am at my 20s. I step to the gym 4 times a week. No disease or family history of diabetes or heart disorder. But I own blood pressure of 90/60. Do I have a tremendously weak circulation. What should I do?

sounds like your body parts are falling asleep...this will arise if in a position too long that interfears beside blood circulation. just alter positions. dont sleep on your arms.

It does sound similar to low blood pressure or poor circulation. Have you discussed this with your doctor? are you at a glowing weight? do you pilfer vitamins, have proper nutrition, chomp through enough protein, and drink plenty of marine?

How are your sleeping habits? Do you sleep contained by the same position adjectives night? what munificent of bed do you have? Do you trade name it a point to shift your sitting position frequently and keep worthy posture?

Have you been checked for diabetes even though in that is no family history of it.My brother have diabetes,but no one else have it in the family unit.His arms and hands are numb and unhealthy when he wakes within the morning too.Also you should'nt cross your legs while sitting for any length of time,i think that have something to do with circulation.But honestly,you should see your doctor and be checked for diabetes soon as possible.

eat more fiber and iron, try sleeping in different positions maybe the position your currently sleeping here cutting stale a blood vessel. get softer sheets, grotesque but it might work, also try to sleep indifferent tempuratures may help, it worked for me, try switch up these factor to get the best results for you. upright luck :)

My hands go and get numb all the time but mostly at darkness when i am sleeping. I have carpal tunnel syndrome which can bring that,,,good luck
Sometimes it is freshly the way you sleep that cause arms and hands to move about numb...

What's that salt stuff you use for arthritis?

Sounds approaching poor circulation (low blood pressure) and/or pinched nerves. Don't cross your legs. Doing so cuts off the circulation to them.
