My mom's nouns is hurting?

my mom has be having this trouble since 2 years and very soon she has a collar on her d��colletage whis is really sad...the docters give the impression of being to have a cure every time but every time my mom does it ,it never works in a minute 2 yrs have passed contained by pain and its her shoulder nouns which is hurting and now her foot is always numb.plz help
