What to do for sporadic anguish in the ankle and calf after a trickle where foot landed at 45 level angle?

About 4 years ago I slipped down the stairs and landed next to my feet at a 9 amount angle. Off and on for the past two years my ankles and calves own been hurting. Sharp shooting spasm in ankle and calf. Does anybody know what I could own done to my ankles and calves. The doctor said I tore th tissues in both my ankles and that the inflammation be causing the headache but, shouldn't the tissues have heeled by very soon. I had xrays taken and no amalgamated damage took place.

It`s cause stress fractures,they come and go.There really is nought you can do but take some over the counter cramp medications.
