What causes hot and cold blood surrounded by humans?

My body temp is warmer than most. When ppl utter its cold, Im sweating and it gets too hot for me. My wife like Hot hot showers cause it furnace, to me it burns my skin.

ex: I was born surrounded by August- I am always cold until the temp get to around 90
Son was born surrounded by January- he is always reheat and can tolerate very cold weather
