It sounds similar to you could maybe have need of some vitamins. Try taking them after dinner. They will help your body to repair the disrupt caused from the light of day and your body will feel more prepared to go surrounded by the morning. It really works for me. I always have a hard time getting up in the morning too. I even lost a position because I was deferred too much.
