I would like to know the classification of my MRI Scan of Lumbar Spine?

1. Marrow signal is uniform.
2. The visualized portion of spinal cord & cauda equina are typical.

Impression

1. Right sided eccentric disc herniation at L4-L5 cause spinal stenosis.
2. Degenerative changes at L2-L3 & L3-L4, but no disc herniation, spinal stenoisis or sassiness root impingement at any other level.

All my backache is in my right hip and severe at times. What would be or COULD be the treatment?

Answers:

i hold a really unbearable cramp in my side and paracetamol wont stop it what else could i use?

Impression: #1 resources that you have a herniated disc between your lower 4th and 5th vertebra that have probably ruptured into your sciatic nerve. (that is why you enjoy so much pain within your right hip)
#2 states that you have DDD (degenerative disc disease) contained by your lower lumbar area but nought has ruptured or herniated, and none of your nerves enjoy been impair in that nouns.

Looks exactly like my MRI report a couple of years ago. Hopefully you are going to a apt doctor that will be diligent in treating you. You primary concern right now is the herniated disc. I know it feel as if its you hip and in a track it is, but the problem originated when that disc ruptured into your sciatic brashness. The Sciatic nerve is the biggest courage in your body and save treated aggressively can become permanently destabilized. The reason it hurts so impossible in your hip is because the bravery starts in the middle of you lower posterior and then runs across to you hip, down the side of your hip and thigh, along the knees then across your shin into your foot towards your big toe. (told ya it be a big nerve!!) The headache in your hip is call displaced pain and in need treatment will become unbearably scratchy and debilitating and run the unharmed length of your leg.
It seems close to you have caught this speedy enough that surgery isn't important yet, probably physical psychotherapy and either steriod shots or conceivably pills.
Good Luck to you, I hope you follow through with your treatment!!

I gain bloody noses alot...?

well spinal stenosis is a fruitless thing... it can front to paralysis in the lower extremities or interim loss of feeling from L4-L5 downwards. If you enjoy a herniated disc they will fix it through surgery. There are injuries at L2-L3, L3-L-4, but no herniation which is a good entity. You're having cramp because your herniated disc is pressing on your spinal cord causing intense, sharp, stabbing pains.

Can constipation be the make happen of lower back pain/sciatica?

Numbers one and two- iniform and majority are great!

Spinal stenosis means you are tendency toward the side that hurts- herniated disk- go to :

Degenerative changes- budge to :

Most importantly- why didn't you ask your doctor these questions? This is what he/she get paid for- build them work for it! Good luck!

Stenosis routine narrowing (of the spinal canal).

Is it normal to hold a little glow around where the staples walk into skin, and it itches too?

You have a herniation of the L4-5 Vertebrae. You also hold a dengenerative (wearing of the disc) at L2-3 and L3-4. Nothing too bad. A lot of society have this. I would tell to a neurosurgeon.

During an anxiety attack would your heart beat really prompt?

Basically you have ruptured the disk between L4-L5 which is the 4th and 5th vertibra up from your bottom.

The aching you are feeling is sciatic strain and immediate lend a hand can be obtained from seeing any a chiropractor or a deep tissue masse shrink (both should cost you about $50us per session).

I WOULD STRONLY NOT RECOMMEND SURGERY AT THIS POINT - Only resort to surgery if you are inept to walk, within constant pain and enjoy tried all other treatments first.

I ruptured 3 disks within my lower back 6 years ago and have hardly any point of life until I found a correct chiropractor and not I see a deep tissue work therapist, i guess I see the chiro 2 x a year and the wide tissue guy 6 times. Much better than surgery.

Hope this helps.
