Guy poops at same time every sunshine - Psychological or Physiological?


I was discussion to an old military guy almost how he still wakes up at 4am every daytime without an alarm clock years after disappearing the military. He went on to articulate that he poops at the same time every morning. It seems unlikely that someone would entail to poop at the same time every afternoon and at no other time of day. Even if the character eats at one and the same time every day you would piece that various foods process at different rates. Aside from that it seem very unlikely that the body recognize a 24 hour poop cycle, why not 16 hours or 32? 24 hours has an artificial significance to folks. I'm thinking that the cause of a regimented poop time is more psychology than an actual necessitate to poop every 24 hours like clockwork. My grill has 2 parts:
Is a 24 hour poop cycle driven by psychology or physical involve stemming from regularly scheduled ingestion / exercise times?

I Like your cross-examine, but do not understand the intricacies of it. I resembling to take a dump when I wake up in the morning, and in consequence I do so.

I would have to utter it is physiological. He probably has consistant consumption habits surrounded by amount, time and diet.

Psychological: I do alike thing my body clock go off at around equal time each morning (poop times..) This guy isn't lying that's middle-of-the-road 4 him.Oh yeah it's also normal 4 me..
