Dull pain within arm after donating blood?

Anyone ever have this? I donated blood 4 days ago and i only just noticed some bruising around and above where on earth the needle be in my arm. Plus, there's be kind of a dull spasm in my arm for the finishing day or two. Nothing too stinging. I just notice it especially today b/c I tried to lift weights near my arm. Does this sound serious?

Can anyone explain why it feel almost heavenly to use a Q-Tip/Cotton swab within your ear?

Whoever did this, if you give blood again, agree to them know and, if it's the same party, tell them to lift it easy. They run through the artery, they hit the vein on the other side or they have the needle touching the capillary on the other side and irritated it, this happens. Believe this or not but, not everyone can draw blood and do it right or, they're freshly plain sloppy.

I wouldn't worry, it'll walk away.

In med school I walk around with a black and blue arm for weeks sometimes from some of the family that just could never do it right. I own a very big pain tolerance and be always chosen for the stick.

is anyone out in attendance suffering from chronic migraine?

No. They should have advise you not to lift anything substantial for a few days because the blood vessel in fragile and lifting will produce the wound (in the vessel) to open and blood to come out (causing a bruise). It will be adjectives good contained by 1-2 weeks.

what bite is it?

no I get that cramp as well after I donate blood it should shift away in a few days and also if you are lifting weights next to that arm it might be making the pain closing that much longer try resting your arm for a couple of days with an rime pack on it

I was shot ending night by a stray bullet. I don' t own health insurance. Help??

Nope. It sounds fine. I return with that all the time. Usually if they own to poke around for your vein, it doesn't return with good return, or a moment ago for some other reason, after it might bruise.
