Don't shower after a meal... does 'meal' here apply to a pale breakfast as well?

I know it is not advisable to dive into the shower directly after food because our blood will go to our hand, legs etc when we shower and less to the stomach thus cause indigestion. But does this apply to light meal as well? I as a rule take my tub right after breakfast, but my breakfast is usually very bedside light, consisting of perhaps a partly boiled egg with milk or a slice of bread next to milk. Is is okay to shower after this really light buffet then?
