I can crack my neck every 10 minutes and resembling if I hold my neck down (like if someone doses off) it'll hurt and I hold my principal cricket but this all started approaching 2 years ago when I slept in a bed next to a hige dent in the middle and ever since my collar and sometimes back be inkling real funny...One more ques. is the put money on of your neck supposed to be tricky or soft. Thanks!

I have a small neck problem since. But if you want it to go away, try sleeping more straight, do not sleep on any couches, because later you will have subsidise problems. Well, your back of your d¨¦colletage is suppose to have a bone surrounded by the back, so I guess it's suppose to be tricky. Use plenty of ice, Salampas, messages, etc. Or contact a doctor.
