Why do I always grasp heartburn when I work 3rd shift??

I usually work 1st, and I'm much busier at that time than on nights. Actually sometimes I get hold of it if I breath I swear!!
What causes it, and how can you muffle or get rid of it. I'll hold it for hours and hours and nothing I give somebody a lift will get rid of it. I ususally close up eating a roll of tums and taking a couple Zantac and merely be miserible.PLEASE HELP!

In your case I suggest it may be caused by stress.You may not be so adapted to dark work, and this is causing your body to counter.Possibly you can't do much about it, ecxept to regulation your lifestyle.You should seek to get hold of a prescription for Losec. This will go a long approach to relieving the problem. You may have an Ulcer which is increased through strain of work.But I wouldn't quit a problem like that to only Antacids. Good Luck!

go to the doc. i thought those tum tums would assist, don't over work urself for money/the 3rd job, rest more run it easy
