Answer:

The unknown pain orb after c-sections.?

Well, it would depend on the State, which you mentioned CA. I would bet that in lay down to starting your own Home Health Care, you would definitely stipulation RN's. Most patients' that receive Home Health Care, all in position have their own Doc. It would be up to the Nurses' to attain the Doctors' orders surrounded by regards to the attention to detail and treatment of the patient. In combination, Home Health Care can involve providing ADL's( activities of each day living) for patients. This can involve having home form aides ( Certified Nursing Assistants) to bathe, nurture, toilet, etc. of some patients'. Then you would need to pass malpractice insurance . To obtain the correct information, you can contact the Board of Nursing and the Board of Medicine. Even the Public Health Dept. may be capable of give you some information. I hope that this help.

Question for anyone?

will probably depend on state, insurance, license restrictions, etc.

I would look specifically into your state requirements.
