5 months pregnant and bug bite/ or sting... comfort?

I am 5 months pregnant and while riding down the road I held my hand out the windowpane. and I caught a bug... and before I notice what it was surrounded by stung or bite me on my index finger. Now my finger is pretty much the same size as my thumb and it hurts to bend and a bit sore to touch... so should I call for the doc. or leave it be...
