You are overworked and overstressed and your mind is not shutting down. You need to see the doctor and discuss this near him/her. Sounds like a Rx for Ambien or the resembling is in instruct.

Have You Ever Sprained Any Part Of Your Body Before? If So How Bad?

Ugh I know EXACTLY how you perceive! I work 12+ hrs a day, and I am finishing up my level (I go to college on my days off) and cannot win a good night's rest! I toss and turn and when I do sleep I mostly dream about my college coursework or I am dreaming roughly speaking my job! I am going to try TYLENOL PM...it's supposed to be non-addictive and it's OTC. Good luck, possibly someday when college is over and life is easier we can both grasp some rest :-)
