How do you raise your body heat while sitting down.?

I often draw from a runny nose after sitting in class for 10 minutes. However, as soon as I start walking, I surface fine. I think this is because my body heat falls as soon as I stop moving or sit down.
Is it possible to maintain your body warmth or raise your body warmth while sitting in a class?
The method has to be relatively subtle as my teacher might turn mad if I a moment ago start meditating within class as I might look like I've simply fallen asleep.

The Autogenic relaxation technique may serve. Three times tell yourself, I am in control & relaxed - then My arms are hugely heavy x 3 - take on with body highly heavy x3 - my body is melt and relaxed x 3 - practice beforehand to establish the pattern. One thing you can do is tough to explain. Some people enjoy a tendency to "shake" their leg while sitting. Believe it or not, this does elevate body temp slightly AND burns calories(minimal) BUT if you don't do this naturally than it might be VERY firm to become a habit. Be aware, it can also be annoying to the character that sits in front of you.

Linking your runny nose to your body heat is an illogical guess and probably not relevant. Your respiratory rate will be high when walking, leading to greater airflow through the trunk, causing drying of mucus as it is produced. When you sit down your respiratory rate drops and if snot production rate stays like then it will start to dribble out of your antenna. Your body temperature have very little to do near it, your respiratory and heart rates are more of a factor.
