I had a herniated discs within my c3 and c4. It caused numbness within my hands and foot and also I was losing my be a foil for all the time. Sometimes I could not find up off the floor when I fell! I be lucky but it can also lead to breathing and other problems depending where on earth it is in the spine. i also own one in my lower spine. I have surgery for the neck( spinal fission) and the next afternoon most of my pain and numbness where on earth gone! i still have for a moment. I had to jump to therapy for 4 wks to capture my balance again. I still hold the herniated disk in the lower spine and move about to a pain control doctor every so often and the shots he give me works.
I would not let it travel!! Good Luck! It took awhile but I am doing better but I wish I never "tolerate it go so far" because my repossession may have be a lot quicker. I chalked it up to my work since I did immense lifting.
Are you talking almost a herniated disc in your d¨Ścolletage and back? If you are I have an idea that that will have to be repaired by surgery. My husband have one on his neck and it be bad. They told him that be the only point that would help him beside the pain.
