I very only just started doing yoga. During one particular aasana (ghatichakra or smthing) where one has to sit over his/her shank and bend the upper member of the body backwards placing the hands on the ankle, I feel a little stress on the crevical muscles/bones. From concluding night on, I've be feeling a kindly of discomfort (not pain) in the cervix and have this intense urge to stretch my arms backwards, bend my lead backwards so as to put the same strain in the cervix as be put while doing that asana.
I am just wondering if this discomfort is because of cervical or is it that that my cervix have become so stiff because very smaller amount movement of neck (or dearth of exercise) that I'm feeling resembling this?
