Question about hydrocodone?

You are suffering neuropathy. You inevitability to see a physician and have an MRI to see if in that is a bulging disk in your neck or, more imagined, the thoracic spine. Many times, pain contained by the region you have described (scapular pain) is cause by repetitive motion injuries. Do you type often for hours at a time? Do you sit at the computer like mad moving the mouse around?

If it is a compressed nerve or bulging disk, stretching may aid. Take your left arm across your chest. Take your right arm at a 90° angle to your departed and pull your moved out arm tight against your chest. You should feel that verbs and stretch that area. It should not result in sharp, shooting, tingling pain, but a verbs and a stretch. Do not pulsate or jerk the motions. Always smooth and fluid.

If that hasn't help, then in that are some other options available. See a spine surgeon (esp. if near are findings of nerve compression or bulging disk) for their inference regarding surgical option. If there are no surgical option to correct/help your problem, see a pain guidance physician who can do nerve blocks, brashness ablations, epidural injections, or place you on a TENS unit to block this agony.

You might also want to ask your family physician roughly speaking some medicines call Lyrica or Neurontin, which help next to neuropathic pain.

The reality that your pain is "traveling" down your arms is markedly more symptomatic of neuropathy (or nerve-induced pain) than muscular pain. This is why you need to see a neurologist. Good luck to you.

Pain in the head?

Sounds resembling tension. I enjoy a muscle in my vanished shoulder, right next to the spine that does that, burns resembling heck when I have prolonged stress. It started when I made a cross-country trip within the country's worst snowstorm of 1973, and it took weeks to stop hurting. Now, if it hurts, I lie on my stomach beside my left shoulder on a small travel pillow. It help.

I think my problem is a impudence that's pinched by the tensed muscles. I think that you should catch your doctor to check it out and perhaps prescribe n-saids or cortisone.
