I have a foot condition conditon call plantar fiscitis. I want to know if swimming and bicycling are ok 4 me
I have to nick naproxen for the pain and swelling and everyone say to stay off my foot but i want to exercise at least somewhat..

So you own planters fiscitis. I do feel for you.
Swimming is ok. I would not do any excercise where on earth I have you stand or push. Yoga is perfect excercise too. But definately no bicycling. Talk about reoccuring affliction afterwards!OOOUUUUCCCHH

Swimming should not be a problem for you since when you swim you are not having to add on stress to your plantar fascia. Bicycling could be a problem if you have to stand up and push the peddle, but if you are just crusing around at the shoreline, it should not be a problem. You just want to stay away from anything that cause your arch to flatten out. Hope this helpsSwimming is probably the best until the swelling and spasm subside.
