I got hit on my forearm w/a softball 3 days ago. Now a bruise is finally showing. Is it going to grasp worse?

The spot is still tender, but the bruise is just in a minute showing up and seems to be getting for a time darker respectively day. Is it going to verbs to get dark and should I be worried?
