Hey, How long does "dropped foot" take to cure or make well itself?

Hey, after my accident Ive be diagnosed with dropped foot. I suffered a shattered hip and my moved out leg was needed to be put posterior into place. So now i own 9 screws and three pieces of metal and a awfully ugly defect. After the operation i wasn't able to move or enjoy any sensation in my calf or foot. Its be two months i can move my leg, but I still dont have any muscle pursuit in my calf or foot. They detail me that during the accident the courage was pinched. Any info would greatly be appreciated thank you.

When foot drop is due to a compressed nerve, corrective surgery can produce a complete reclamation within several months. If the end in is a skeletal problem or other neurological problem, the prognosis for complete recovery is not as consistent.
