Leg twitches?!?

i have just now noticed that while i am sitting down relaxing on the couch, look down at my leg and it is twitching... its mostly in my knees... it twitches for a good partially hour.. i can see it and i can feel it.

is this bleak or anything to be concerned about within any way?

I have never have them in my legs, but I will own random parts on my body that will twitch. I am not a doctor or anything, but I've have them for a while and haven't really given it any thought. I haven't had anything budge wrong though. But maybe that's merely me. If your really worried about it, you should shift see your doctor.
