I enjoy a weird bump subsequent to my second finger at bottom close to palm on he side of finger. What can it be?

On my second fingers side close to my palm about 1cm away from palm I can be aware of this weird globe inside my skin. There is no skin discoloration. No sign or bruise or pain. What do you devise it is?
