Help Please .?

I had an ear infection lastweek And took the antibiots giving by the doctor . it have fine for a few days after i finshed the coruse . When lastnight it started aching again on and stale. Then I started to feel comatose hot all of a sudden , i looked within the mirror and found my face chest and arms be all bright red. I be shaking uncontrolably for a few hours. And my Temperture had risen to 39Degrees i other felt sick. I later took some paracetamol and after about partially an hour - an hour my tempreture was fund to normal. I next woke up this morning and i felt more tired later useully, my muscles felt in poor health and achey. Any idea's what might have happen?

I suffer from anxity and panic attacks but surely it carnt grounds your temperture to rise.

Hi, sorry to hear you are feeling so fruitless. I'm not sure what caused that, but the following steps will do away with (or at least significantly reduce) your nouns attacks and anxiety:

1.Breathe properly - if you control your breathing, you control panic. As soon as you interest the signs of anxiety, check your breathing: breathe in slowly through your nose pushing your tummy out (to the count of 5 or so). Breathe out slowly and for a bit longer (to the count of 7 or so) through your mouth. Do not breathe fast or shallowly (in the chest area). This will soon restore the balance of oxygen and you will grain a lot better.

2. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy! CBT is proven to be the most decisive thing for hysterics attacks, OCD and anxiety etc. It takes a bit of work, but it is super important. (After 15 years of panic attacks, mine stopped completely). You can speak to your doctor almost taking a course or you can take a course for free online at: www.livinglifetothefull.com You can go and get special CBT workbooks for young ancestors.
