!! I have a quill IN MY EYE!!!?

for the past 4 days i've have a hair within my eye..i really dont know how it got within since its kinda long, around 5 inches long...i can only see it when i start intuition something in the eye...but when i try to take it out it any hurts or hides...i see the tip of one finish only bring the other end go straight up to the back INSIDE MY EYE, im sooooo freaking terrified! can it be possible for it to heel in skin?? thats why it hurts when i verbs it?? WHAT CAN I DOOO!HELP!!
