Can someone notify me what drug this is?

Someone put something in my gatorade bottle at work in the break room refridgerator and it made me really calm and no my arthritis does not hurt when i stir up in the morning. Very strange I do not know who did it or the drug that would do that?? I touch fine I just wondered why it took my athritis misery away and made me feel hushed. I did have another unusual side effect for a second 5 hours later but it last only a second and i do not want to move about into that.
