I fell of a tractor & I have a huge bruise from the side of my knees to my ankle. inner calf is all purple. Does anyone hold some advise on getting it to treat faster. Maybe some vitamins that will help find rid of this ugly mess?

the individual thing i've hear of (more of an old wives tale) is that you can rub the nouns to try to break up the blood that's causing the bruise and get it clear up faster. not really sure if it works or not though.
