That's a fairly odd place for one, but I've hear (and seen) of stranger. Best relief is usually obtain by taking some diphenhydramine (benadryl) applied topically. You can also take it in words, if you prefer. Lidocaine jelly would work as well as benadryl to lessen the irritation, but won't exploit on the swelling.
