Sinus infections are literally slaughter me. HELP!?

I have be dealing with constant sinus infections for a couple years presently. Last fall I have a cat scan done and went to an ENT. We tried differnet antibiotics and those didn't relieve, so then I have the surgery done. After all the spasm, suffering, and money spent on the surgery, I am still having problems, perchance even more. I have see different doctors about it, and we've tried like mad of different antibiotics. Leviquin, omnicef, and like 5 other kind. The infection just keep coming back. I rinse my sinuses everyday, bring allergy pills, use nasal sprays, and stay away from dust, but I still stay congested and get infected. I don't know what to do, so if anyone have had equal problem and found something that works, or knows someone who have, PLEASE let me know! Thanks

I in recent times got a antenna blled all of the sudden! Why?

I would suggest you go and get some skin testing done to see what you are allergic to . An allergist can do this. There may be some foods that you are consuming that are certainly to blame. Soy is a big culprit where allergies are concerned...as are wheat, corn, peanuts and citric sharp. Food allergies can cause more problems than airborne allergens surrounded by some cases.

Another alternative is seeking NAET therapy. If you do an Internet survey on NAET you can find more info that what I'm posting. This is more in the line of naturopathic tablets. I started doing this myself a few weeks ago since all other allergy treatment have failed for over 30 years.

Good luck.

Finger NUMB AND TWITCHING.?

Sorry. I really grain for you. It sounds like you own tried all of things I would recommend. I used to gain them seasonally, but nose sprays and staying away from dust cured me. An allergist should be capable of tell you if this is allergy related, but I don`t know it is just the road your sinuses are constructed.

You may want to be careful if you are irrigating your sinus next to saline solution. It is easy to return with water surrounded by there that doesn't come out. I remember one time I go to the gym and started stretching, and all this hose down started pouring out of my nose.

Antibiotics will cure you temporarily for that exceptional infection, but something is causing it to come up over and over. I imagine that your doctor have some theory for the surgery and if that hasn't pan out, then he must enjoy some other plan for you. Hang in in attendance. Medical science is a great thing. It may give somebody a lift time, but they should be able to assistance you. I don't think you are going to find any answers here.

I'm a "social smoker" and I want to quit! Help!?

I have suffered from chronic and acute sinus problems for a good cog of my life, starting in my delayed teens - so I do know of the misery you are going through. Finally, when I was within my mid-thirties, I found a Doctor, who, fortunately for me, had also suffered trunk sinus problems. I had to hold surgery, my nasal passages be severely swollen and my sinus cavities be a mess; I had closely of cysts. I learned from my Doctor that my dependency on nasal spray for the sinus congestion have caused the majority of my problems, including the frequent sinus infections. After the surgery, I never used nasal spray again. It's be 10 years and my sinuses have never be better.

Are you dependent on Nasal Spray? - because if you are, that is a voluminous part of the problem and your Doctor should own told you to STOP using Nasal Spray. Long term use or misuse of nasal sprays cause rebound congestion, and have literally created or worsened the very symptoms they be supposed to alleviate. The consequences can include the development of a sinus condition that cause too much constant swelling within the antenna, the sinus orifices may not be able to drain properly and thus become infected. You can also develop vasomotor rhinitis brought on by overuse of decongestant nasal spray. Ask your Doctor for lend a hand - perhaps he could prescribe Flonase to lend a hand wean you off the nasal spray - it will be tough going, but worth it. Steroid shots can also break the dependence on nasal sprays. Your Doctor will know best.

And here is something you can try to support your sinuses become healthy again, or to treat sinusitis. Have you ever hear of a Netty Pot? Netty pots are used to do a nasal wash. They can be any ceramic or plastic and are a device of Indian source that delivers nasal irrigation to bath out a person's nose. Some citizens find netty pot irrigations to be very soothing. I love my Netty Pot and notably recommend it. I do not need to use it commonly, although some people use it on a regular idea. Do what works for you.

Here is an article that you may find interesting:
USING A NETTY POT FOR SINUS HEALTH

It seems that currently, we have respiratory related issues adjectives year long. My son and I seem to be congested most of the year from allergies, mold, colds, and pollutants within the air. There have been one drug free remedy that we use almost day after day that seems to sustain with the unharmed range of sinus-related symptoms.

Every morning after we purify our face, we use our Netty pot. This little terracotta pot resembles a small watering can. You can purchase one at any health food store or herbalists. There are tons styles but buy one that does not have too long of a spout. The longer spouts are harder to muddle through because it is that much farther from your nose and eyes.

You cram the Netty pot halfway next to warm sea and put half a teaspoon of the deep salt to dissolve. Then once the saline has dissolved, overrun the rest of the pot with warm water. Make sure it is not hot or even too thaw. You want to think more or less it entering the nasal canal and how sensitive that nouns is. I tend to leave it pretty close to room warmth for my son. He started using one at the age of eight.

It helps to blow your snout before you start consequently tilt your head to one side minus straining. Then insert the spout in the nostril that your head is tilting toward. Breathe through your mouth in a slow and even rhythm. Use in the region of half the wet and the switch sides. You may want to blow your nose contained by between switching sides. If one side of your nose seem infected, then you might want to bath it out between side changes.

If you find that your sinuses are stinging from the Netty pot usage, later you might have a sinus infection and may want to consult your local doctor, naturopath, or herbalist.

Our naturopath have said that using the Netty pot daily is most efficient and least invasive style to support respiratory health. Make it a division of your morning routine and you will find that you are sneezing less and just about stuffed up.

suppository ?

There is no real cure for terminal sinus problems and surgery lone enlarges the sinus cavity so you can breathe a bit better. The real problem is overactive mucus glands and surgery cannot overcome this problem.

Nasal sprays and antibiotics are no dutiful either as they hand over you a bit of short term nouns but don't overcome the overactive mucus glands problem. Nasal sprays can actually break your sinuses.

What you can do is to abolish the mucus generating foods that comprise dairy products and red meat. Soy milk instead of dairy products is fine and white meat instead of red meat is OK but fish is better than chicken.

Also your imperviousness system needs a boost so that you will obtain fewer sinus infections and they will be smaller number severe so you need a multivitamin every daytime plus extra Vitamin C.
