After quitting smoking...?

I quit smoking about 2 and a partially weeks ago with no relapses. I own been notice some chest discomfort and am wondering if this is a common side efect of quitting...or possibly even the transdermal nicotine patch?

dont sit. other sleep. it will help you brain maintain track of you wants. within math if you add 2+2 it equals 4. surrounded by bodys if you add this and that you catch thatthis. same with your shield. just pull the wool over your eyes down and your legs will do the job!
