Help i can't sleep... EARLY...!?
it's been a cycle for months immediately... i dont know why, but ive started sleeping at 5m and wake up ard 1pm..
i don't resembling that and want to wake at daybreak...
how do i do that?
nothing works..
and i dot own sleeping pills

i strongly suggest valerian root. it's great at relieving stress and rigidity! you can get it over the counter and it's a great sleep aid! if you own one of those "racing minds" or "i can't turn my lead off no situation how tired i am" then this will particularly help. you can find at your local grocery store in the pharmacy or herbal remedy slice. start off taking 500-1000mgs, 30-45 minutes up to that time you go to bed. in a minute you can get this stuff surrounded by capsule form and it's 100% past the worst (my whole line has be taking it for years and our family doctor in actual fact recommended it) however the only downside is that the more potent the brand your taking the stronger the smell. and this stuff smells AWFUL! but it's worth it. inside 5-7 days you should notice a clear-cut change within your sleep.
WARNING! i strongly do not suggest that you take Tylenol PM and booze, contained by any form or combination. the main ingredient in Tylenol PM and Advil pm, or benadryl for that issue is diphenhydramine. here's what happens when you bring it:

Go to GMC Medicine and ask for Rescue Sleep. If you take Rescue sleep 2 hours beforehand you want to go to sleep after it calms you down. It is made beside Herbs so you cant get sick from it

Even if you sleep at 5 AM, try to stir up (alarm) at 9 AM. So next light of day you will be able to sleep at 10/11 PM. Provided you dont sleep within the day.Good luck!
