Has anyone hear about "perfect samaritan insurance" where ancestors are asked to lend coverage to others?

I have of late heard from someone that contained by California they are working on passing "perfect samaritan insurance" law that would see anyone uninsured to borrow insurance from an insured person to find treatment. I have hear that Family Practitioners association is working on this with one of the senators. Is this true? Would'n the insureds' rates shift up after it is used over and over? I have to take-home pay a lot for my insurance on my own, and although my heart go out to uninsured, I would not be able to wage more if my rates went up.would become one of them! If you enjoy heard anything something like it, please let me know.

Have not heard of it, but your observations nouns correct to me, and such a scheme could never be a substitute for total health coverage which is the government's position. Candidates always promote this considerate of coverage; elected officials never feat upon it.
