Does exercise hold on to you awake?

I plan on working out for about partly an hour, as I usually do, but it's now 2:00am and I typically go to bed at 4:00am or 5:00am.

Would working out for partly an hour right now hang on to me awake past 5:00am or so?

People respond differently to exercise. Some are relaxed after a workout and it actually induces sleep. Some don't come down from the endorphin rush for awhile, but 2 hrs. should be more than satisfactory.

When I'm able to, I keep hold of your hours. 12-4 is my best creative time.

staying active does craft you stay awake longer but after your done you should be more tired then you be.. just might be somewhat twitchy while your laying down

Well depends on what type of working out you plan on doing? like a early run would most likely maintain you awake, because of the endorphines.

You should not exercise that close to going to bed. It will tend to save you awake. You should exercise about 5 to 7 hours past going to bed for the best sleep possible.

yes...and maybe you should deduce of changing your life span style
to a more restful one..why keep those hours unless you work resembling 3rd shirt? you may not notice it very soon..but later within life you will wish you took better care of yourself..you get one chance..at this time..make the best of it!
