How do you aid your body in growing?
I'm a 16 year aged male, I munch through normally, do as much excercise as adjectives my friends and i'm still only 5"4/5, my full family's short just not this short and adjectives the males tended to be at a ordinary height by very soon...
I'm not behind contained by adolescence, i'm growing facial fleece etc but I am still far behind growing...any assist tips?

i recommend that you stretch everday for a few minutes around 11am-12pm becuase you grow the most during that time of the day. it should help you grow slightly taller. if you jump running, of course stretch your legs in the past, but also stretct it after running becuase your legs start tense up after running for so long. also consume more nutrients, they lend a hand you grow as well. i hope this help!

To aid your body in reaching optimum echelon, I would advise you to pilfer in extra servings of dairy and protein, but everybody's different and I'm sure you hold a few growth spurts left. I wouldn't really stress over it.Why can't I sleep at darkness?
