Whenever I like ...sprint up my stairs my ankle pops the complete way up. IT doesnt do this if i'm only walking up stairs but if i'm kinda running it pops after i step on every step. Is this bad? should i see a doctor? Could this affect me subsequent in existence? can anyone answer any of those questions? lol!

no its not. i have deep ligament surgery in my ankle ending november (2006) and i asked my doctor about my other ankle. told them it adjectives ways pop. he said its nothing to be worried going on for unless its hurting me or if i injured my ankle and it didnt pop before.
