Decided to quit occasional smoking due to paranoia and grief?

So I smoke every once and awhile, like when im drinking or when im beside a friend, I've never smoked by myself or because of a nicotine craving. but now i've granted for the best, i should quit. but my question is hold i done irreperable damage to my body near my occasional smoking? I'm talking close to smoking 5-10 cigarettes throughout the weekends. i've only be smoking thatm uch for about 6 weeks, i used to basically smoked 1-3 occasionally, on random days. ah i digress... so enjoy i done irreperable damage beside this occasional habit?

Please be authentic dont just speak "anythings possible, you could have cancer for sure" when you don't really know what you're chitchat about.
