Canker sores and braces dont mix!?

Ok, tomorrow i am getting braces, but the only problem is i own a really sore canker sore at the back of my mouth and it hurts to swollow and stretch out my mouth wide. I also hold a canker sore in the front of my mouth and it is also outstandingly painful. I know i should try to cut down on citric sour and things like that, but i obligation help to slim down the pain contained by them. I have this stuff call orastat which numbs them, and i use it for the one in the front of my mouth. But its the one surrounded by back that really hurts. I cant touch it bacause its subsequent to the uvula, but i am going to need my mouth widespread open for a long time. WHat will serve dull the pain. I already steal pain killer because its just so sore. It feel like i own strep when its just a big sore. WHAT should i do
I cant re-scedule my oppointment because the singular time they can get me surrounded by is August 24, and i have a big institution thing going on and i cannot miss it. The solely time after that to get an appointmen is in January. and i hold spacers in still.

you should try to make a mixture of reheat water and the deep salt and swish it around within your mouth, it should help it make well.

Swish/gargle near 50% hydrogen peroxide 50% mouthwash. For preventing them, and helping them to go away, try Vitamin B12. Good luck!

Cream of tatar works on canker sores. It taste gross and makes you drool, but it will be gone contained by a day or so.

Try chloraseptic spray. I know it have a habit of wash away, but try carying the bottle in your purse with you, and explain to the ortho more or less them.

If it help any, the process of getting braces actually isnt that fruitless. The worst part (which you've probably already done) is getting molds of your teeth done, which is REALLY gross. It hurts a touch bit when they slip the metal bands around your rear teeth, but that doesn't last long.
There's also some kind of mouthwash you can get at the pharmacy that will support stop the pain, ask your pharmasist just about it.

It seem like when you obtain there, to the dentist, they will know how to help you out. They will own something to put on them to numb it up. Don't worry.

They will have topical medication that will numb that up. Orastat is polite, just consent to the dental assistant apply it.

I hate those canker sores. It's not not easy at all to win one. If I drink orange liquid, or eat pineapple or accidentally bite my cheek.
